Stopped by after work to watch the Bay101 Shooting Star WPT main event. Sat down to play some $1/2 on their dinner break at a new table that opened up. Second hand wake up to KK, flop K55 to insta double-up, not too bad a night.

I don't like the bud jones (v7?) chips at all, they're hard to shuffle and stick to each other weird when betting.

I don't like the bud jones chips, think they've got little magnets in em? They stack great, but shuffle weird and stick to each other weird when betting.

probably playing 2-4 Limit in for $200 and was staked the $200

Nice chips but I'm still not sure about the glitter ring, doesn't it wear off really quick?

Never wears off. It's not a tactile, textured glitter. It's just a metallic glitter printed on the inlay/label.

I'm not a doctor, but you might want to get that mole above your left eyebrow checked out.

Haha, I have, that angle makes it looks way bigger than it is.

Anybody else think the Mouth doesn't really have the physique to be wearing that jersey?
Yeah, he seems to have packed on a little more winter insulation as of late too.
I also didn't realize just how tall Phil Hellmuth and Erik Seidel are in person.

I'll play. Nothing super impressive. $1 / 2 NLHE. In for $200 out for $501. Didn't get a pic before I cashed out bigger due to rushing over to a home game. #degenlife

Ahhh I remember those chips. Haven't been to DP since table games got approved in MD, but definitely have fond memories.

Finally had some run good...

1/2 PLO at Foxwoods. AT46ccss first hand UTG. Call $12 raise 3 ways. Flop 35Jccs. Check call $35. Turn Kh. I lead for $60, he repots all-in, I snap. Turn 2h and I win a nice pot.

2nd hand - AKxx in the BB. Call $12 4 ways. Flop AK3ddx. I bet $25, one caller. Turn A. Check-check. River 2. He palms chips, looks authentic and I check, he bets $40, I raise to $100. He tanks for about 90 seconds and finally calls and instamucks when I table.

Isn't it also protected under the clear lamination?

I honestly can't tell. I'm looking at the chips right now but can't see if there's lamination or if it's printed right on the label.

What kind of shape are those ones in? When I zoom in it looks like a lot of nice condition chips are available.

Haven't played a Parx tourney in a while. Damn these chips can be gross.

On a side note, it seems like the T5000 chips are ceramic and the rest are Paulson. Hmmm...

They have full sets of both the Paulson and plastics. Not sure why they mixed them for whatever tourney you're playing.
