Where in that cut is the weakness? I don't see it as a potential cheat, his palm is seen the entire time and he flashes it empty before dealing. Am I misunderstanding what you're pointing to? Full palming when cutting is suspicious but I don't mind the outside of a finger keeping them aligned.

Seems like a good dealer but short cutting the pitch to seat 9 with that backhand move is not proper procedure. Also, I feel his pitch is a bit high and he covered the deck after the cut which is also not proper procedure. Flashy and has talent but I'm old school I prefer dealers who deal by the book.
