Generic roulette chips. I believe that Paulson made these mostly for dealer training schools. They are almost always solid colours with hot stamps. The good news is they are THC and most probably leaded.

These types of roulettes tend to max out around $1 a chip. Depends on condition. If they were minty and clean you might get a little bit more.

No, that is normal. Each side is stamped individually and not aligned to the opposite side.
