Okay thanks, I guess I assumed uncirculated mint it was never actually brought out into the casino at allHe doesnt mean they were out on the table for the table games. He means that they would do inventory on all the chips, even those unplayed with in the casino. Even though they are still new/unplayed/uncirculated, they were still touched and “rack checked” during inventory.
I'm not really sure how they were able to keep the circulated primary separated from the uncirculated primary that well then over the long term
