I played with @detroitdad edge reconditioned $1’s on Saturday and they were awesome. I really couldn’t even tell any work had been done on them. They were just nice square edged chips and shuffled wonderfully!
 
Any pricing splits will need to be figured out amongst interested parties.

Well... You could make the white ones 25c and the yellow as nickels, couldn't you?

11gr Quarters sound tasty to me... Unless you are looking for spotted quarters that is :unsure:
 
How much is the loss in Diameter after edge reconditioning? The result looks awesome
That's a good question. I don't have a great answer for you yet as I'm still developing jigs and measuring tools to keep it consistent. That would be the key when doing a whole rack. It would depend on the chip condition I'm guessing as lightly used would need less taken off if a fully straight edge was the goal. THCs and TRKs are the perfect candidates with lots of space between the edge and any part of the mold. RHCs would probably not work without getting into the hats,

The grey chip looks near mint to me and it looks fantastic...
