Show Us Your Live Stacks (51 Viewers)

Ah… no I was trying to make light to being 12 handed on a table that you would need a lot of cards. Of course there are enough in a single deck, however clearly it was a bad joke
Oh, no, I understood (no problem at all!). And it was a good joke...:p

Interesting session, playing a little 2/5 NL before going to a show.

Thought I would short stack, since all the other players know each other, did not want to squeezed (just a cautionary lesson)

Anyway, in for 505, add on 100 soon after seeing some non connecting flops to chip back up to 505.
So, in for 605, out for 2,955.

Making up some ground, nice to be labeled the "old man from out of town who just gets lucky" to quote one of the young GTO solver wizards at the table.

Closing out the session, 1 hour 30 minutes.

Ooo that’s a great label/ table image then. Plus it gets you fired up to stack ‘em :)

Previous GTO wizards were more correct today. About being lucky.

5 way all in pre (including me) I have AA, it holds. (Players here tend to think the old man is bluffing-maybe that’s my luck- being old, of course I have AA raising and then calling all in pre, what else would an old man have.
That pot brought me about 2,200 profit. I had to color up, other players had to rebuy, it took some time to get the game restarted after that hand.

When I was racking up - The player with the Asian Poker Tour shirt asked me “ don’t you normally play 5/10? I said I do, do you remember? he said - I Do Now. “. :)

Last session for the trip, The remainder of the trip will be shows and entertainemnt.

Was looking forward to this session - I had 4 hours to play so I thought the would be the big one.

Anyway, bought in for 600, then in 2 orbits lost 500 to another short stack . I Had AJc, UTG, I raised, then raise by the button w/AQo, flop was AJ4, I lead out and bet pot, BTN calls, Turn is 8, I lead out all in, button calls., and says you must have AJ, River Q. cardz are shown, button says, He knew I had AJ, but thought he could catch up. Ya for me. we've all heard that story, players says I know I am behind, but call anyway.

Any big hands from the $1.1k to $4.5k or lots of jab jab duck jab? That Q river was pretty brutal, hope you got it back later.

I know I profitted thee sessions, but statically I was running below average. from the first 2 sessions and half way through this session, I had pocket pairs 26 times, and never flopped one set. (that is running way below expectations) I never hit a flush on any street and never hit a straight. on Any street.

this last session I finally flopped a set of 6es, the flop was QJd 6h, my opponent was in the SB, and pre flop, In middle I raised to 15, he repoppoed it to 40, I called, he flop bet 40, I called , turn was 4s, he checked, I bet 75, he folded.

most of the session was typically for me, bet strong/heavy on scary boards, like when a flush hits, 3 card or 4 card, or four card straight hits, I bet big, they either have or don't, once I have some pressure chips, as I call it, I apply pressure, like a bookies debt collector,I apply pressure to make them fold into submission, and if they call, its chips I am already ahead of my buy-in, and it is great advertising to be called down while bluffing, at any level of poker.
