How is this set not selling??

Everyday we get new members asking what crappy plastic junk they should buy for $0.50/chip, and here you can get amazing chips for just a little more. Somebody needs to buy these, you’re not gonna find anything better (or close even) for this price!

I totally agree. I have a set of these. Great product for a great price!

If your on the fence about this set let me help you over! :)

If I didn't already have over 1500 of these,

I would have already bought them!

Let's get this nice set to a new home pronto :)

My Best Jeff

What does GPI stand for? I’m curious who manufactured these chips as I’m new to this world a bit....Set is cool but I’m deciding on cash set at the moment.

GPI = Gaming Partners International

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but these were produced under the Gemaco brand using BCC (Blue Chip Company) colors and maybe even the same formulation?

Some have called these Paulsons and some feel that’s misleading. I’ll abstain from commenting.

They’re pretty nice chips no matter how you slice ‘em. [but please don’t actually slice ‘em up if you buy ‘em]

I think that's relatively accurate, although nobody really knows the actual clay formulation that is being used. Probably not the BCC formula, though, since they no longer exist.

Given the weight and cost of the chips, I'd suspect that it's neither GPI's Paulson formula or GPI's Blue Chip formula. Some of the colors seem to more closely resemble the Blue Chip line colors, but it's probably a distinctive mix made just for Gemaco chips without the expensive additives used to add weight.

Regardless, they look, sound, and feel great. And you just can't beat mint clay chips for under a buck. (y) :thumbsup:

This is so true. Can't believe these are not sold.

Around here, tourney sets with T5 chips in them seem to have an albatross around their necks. Nice chips worth every bit of 80c a chip.
Weird too because T5’s are great tourney bounty chips.....
The AS tourney set seems an exception to this rule, the T5’s seem in demand for owners who don’t have a rack
