This was the original $5, with a street lamp...owned by the Canadians at that point, so peek into the gas lamp and you'll see a Canadian maple leaf in it...

Love the colors of the Bourbons. The Canadian mafia connection is interesting...gonna have to read up on that.
 
Don't think it was Mafia, but you never know...likely given the owners were real estate guys, but they did subsequently lose all their wealth when NEP was enacted n the 80's...
