What stakes do you play? .25/.50? If so, go to just posting one, $1.00 blind. The person immediately to the left of the dealer posts $1.00 and that is it. @mike32 and I have tried this a couple of times. It plays exactly the same as a .25/.50 game without the need for the fracs.

So its like .50/.50 with only one person paying the blind? Interesting.

Feels weird because with 2 people posting the blinds there are more people already "in the pot" and willing to defend their money. With 1 person (technically the small blind) posting the only dead money they would probably defend pretty wide and they are in a terrible position also.

Am I missing something?

I've done it twice. I didn't notice any change in the action. Is your game nitty?
