Sandwich Cookies
These are the Dealer buttons and card covers first seen here and more recently sold here. Magnetized, strong enough to hold together through a moderate shaking. They are available in two sizes: 60mm (dealer button size) and 45mm (life size), in two wafer flavors (original and golden), and in four filling flavors (original, strawberry, mint, and chocolate).
Detachable Wafer Cookies
I have also made detachable, magnetized wafer cookies suitable for dealer indicators. The following text is available with no customization charge: All In, Call, Show 'Em, Missed Blinds. Customize a single bar with as many pieces as you like for one customization charge.

I've also made 60mm buttons in basketball, baseball, (American) football, golf ball, tennis ball, soccer ball and tennis ball. These are also available as card protectors. Credit to @Colquhoun for the text (except baseball).

Sandwich Cookie buttons (60mm): chocolate or golden; $30 each button (two wafers & one filling).
Button fillings: original, mint, strawberry, chocolate; one included with each button, additional $7 each
Sandwich Cookie card protectors (45mm): chocolate or golden; $19 each card protector (two wafers & one filling).
Protector fillings: original, mint, strawberry, chocolate; one included with each button, additional $4.50 each
Detachable wafer bars (life-size: 94mm x 65mm, counts as a button for shipping): $34 each bar (one top, two middle, one bottom)
Partial detachable wafer bars: $9 per middle piece, $8 for top or bottom
Wafer bar card protector, not detachable or magnetized (70mm x 48mm): $8
