I bought some rebuy and show em 44mm chips in an auction. I fell in love with the size of the chips, and how fun they are to shuffle. While I’m not in love with the design, I bought them essentially as samples. They have a great weight to them. They average just over 11 grams each.
I would really like to get 30 bounty chips. However, the minimum order is 300 chips. No way I need that many.
So I thought of two options.
1. Find someone who is placing a 44mm order with CPC and see if they will let me piggy back onto their order. If you’re reading this, and you’re willing to do this for me, please let me know.
2. See about doing a group buy. Perhaps other people would like 44mm buttons as well. The minimum order is 300 and you can have 1 unique design per 100 chips. If we reached 400 chips, we could get all four buttons made.
I have no designs made as of yet. I thought if people joined in they could help with the design. I kinda thought about these designs for the actual chips, but I’m not dead set on it.
My thought was orange for the bounty, blue for the all-in, lavender for the show em, and pink for the rebuy. Again, not set it stone.
With that being said, I have done no research into when the next A-mold will run. The CPC website shows 44mm L3 chip with inlay is $4.58. That of course doesn’t include shipping costs and I’m not sure if they charge tax for out of state orders.
I would be willing to run the group buy or participate in it if someone else wanted to run it.
Just throwing it out there to see if there’s any interest.
