- The highest bid at the closing time listed above will win. If there is a bid within 5 minutes of the closing time (original or extended closing time), 5 minutes shall be added to the time of the last bid, until there are no bids within the final 5 minutes. Hello! This auction is for two "tribute" plaques made by Matsui, as follows:
These were made based on the production design of the plaques made by Bourgogne et Grasset for the movie Casino Royale (2006). They are a reasonable facsimile, although note the missing letter "E" in "CASINO ROYAL". Still quite popular on the collectible market as the movie production design were never really licensed out to anybody afterward (unlike the Cartamundi Casino Royale slugged chips, which were made available to the public in sets and in bulk, as well as in many lower denoms never used in the movie).
Starting bid is $30 for the set of 2 plaques. Winner to pay shipping from me to you via Canada Post (best guess, about $8 untracked/$12 tracked to North America). All proceeds from this auction will be combined with all money raised at my upcoming fundraiser party on 14 May, 2022 and donated shortly afterward to a Canadian-registered charity by the winner of the casino tournament held at that event.
