May have been jest, bit a charity auction shouldn't be capped IMHO. So show me a low lotto draw

Following and envy this set and great cause. IMO I think the orig winner backed out, then numbers were reset and then he wanted back in. Either run the redraw for PCFrs that actually wants the set or if @links_slayer wants to go ahead and sell to winner with a penalty price...it’s all going to a good cause.
