The seller backed out of the deal after accepting payment, and confirming shipping. He refunded the money to me, with the following explanation:

“I don't disagree that you have the right to be mad and have the right to leave negative feedback on me and I accept that fact. I know this is a terrible precedent as well at least for me on a personal level. Like I said, the issues are more with my friends and acquaintances from here and not between us personally, although I'm sure that will change now. All I can say is I got multiple text messages, calls and forum messages telling me not to sell them to you. However I didn't see them till after our deal was struck which is unfortunate. I honestly do feel bad for that part.”

I guess there are a few people on PCF that really don’t want me to have a used PCA primary set. I will keep looking.

Can't lol enough at this. Bad form from the seller for sure, but what's way more laughable is the fact that this happened over PCA primaries. the angry mob might consider picking their battles a little differently

While I agree we all have the prerogative to sell what we want to who we want this action was unacceptable after accepting a payment and shipping information. Childish at best I don't care who you are or what you think of a buyer or seller. I looked at the thread and clearly the seller accepted and the offer could have been denied BEFORE payment was rendered. I'm all for having an asshat list or no Christmas card list but taking payment then getting peer pressured?

technically these are just numbers and not dollar amounts as no dollar symbol ($) precede the numbers to indicate a whole US dollar and there for a valid bid.

the terms don't state that it's not a requirement. Therefore the benefit of the doubts goes to the person who didnt write the terms. Case closed.

I can’t even comprehend someone doing that. Like peer pressure into refunding and taking a sale back After its paid.

I knew there were people here who hate based on what someone else “told them” or simple money/trade/ego issues but wow. Peer pressure to refund after the fact. Damn Gina.
