Because it cost about $2/chip to relabel them (ballpark, could look up exact amount), @allforcharity did the work.

Not too far off. $0.85 for the inlay removal and replacement, $0.30 for the labels, the rest was lots of shipping back and forth and the flat art fee. For most people, probably ended up around $1.50-2.00 per chip for most people.

I am interested in these, but just being realistic, it's half a cash set, and not like 'you can only play with 4 players', it's essentially just missing entire denominations.

Is anyone selling fracs, or 5s that could make this set whole?

you can order directly but there is a fee that is charged when you order less than 1000 chips per denom. Reach out to @Tommy for more details especially if you are thinking of reordering the crown plazas as there might be interest from other PCF members.
