I just bought a couple, one for my 48mm Tiger dealer button and one for a 50mm WSOP chip. Shipping cost as much as the air-tites… I of course remembered after I ordered I forgot to buy 2 for a couple of 39mm chips…

The foam ring is not integrated into the capsule and does come out. I find it easier to put the chip into the foam ring then place it in the capsule.
FYI, the capsule for the 50mm chips with the ring is much larger than the chip. Triple check the dimensions on their website, but the end result is something closer to a dealer button in size than a card cap. I bought 50mm type Y's with the ring for my WSOP 'frisbees' and almost instantly disliked the result and will wind up having to figure something else for those.

Is that just because of how large it will make it over all?Not encouraging. Mine will be here today. Disappointment looms
I like my 50mms (Dunes $25k). Yes, it is thicker than the chip but if you adjust it so that it is pressed on one side and that side faces upwards, it's not noticeable (except for the overall thickness). (right, @RocAFella1?)
I may have misunderstood the fit of the chip to capsule. I read it as “there will be empty space in the capsule” which after reading it again is probably me just being dumb.
If the fit is good, I’ll be happy. Half the reason I paid the premium for the chip is the size. The capsule making it larger overall is a win in my book
Hopefully it turns out I just can’t read. Disappointment looms

The Armour Brand 48mm coin capsule is slightly bigger than 48mm (air-tite is slightly smaller), works perfectly for 48mm diameter chips and is not the size of a pie.

If you need 48 or 50mm I'd recomment the Y-type airtites from air-tites.com.
You can squish down the rings by 1mm, so a 48mm chip will fit into a 47mm foam ring. I do it differently than @AlbinoDragon, and I put the ring in the container as it allows me to more easily squish the ring against the side of the container if you need to squeeze the chip in.

It’s confirmed: I just can’t read. The cases are perfect fits for the sizes I bought, and I’m not sure I’d buy anything from a different vendor after this. They’re great!
Also, I tried both methods of getting the ring and chip in the capsule, and I found the @kaimat method of pressing the chip into the foam that is already in the capsule to be much easier and resulted in a cleaner looking foam ring

Ok, mixed results for me, happy with 1 out of 3. But they were pretty cheap, so no harm no foul (+ it was on me for wrong size).
Got these 3:
This one fits perfect for the 50mm WSOP chip:
The 48mm was too small for the 48mm TP (was hoping it’d still fit). The foam ring one was too large as well, but probably would’ve worked for the 50mm WSOP.

Agreed, I didn’t like the much larger size with the black foam. Check out the other one I got that is clear for the WSOP chip and no foam. GL.
Do you know if it’s the same for their 39mm coin capsule (as in it’s slightly oversized and will fit)?
