They don't absorb it like clay chips does. It is essential to wipe after with absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Otherwise, you won't get the desired result (sticky chips, dried, shiny oil residue).Wow! What a change after oiling. I thought these were ABS plastic? Do B&G's absorb that much oil?
beautiful stuff, I would love to see weights posted on the chips if possible
are the 1's lighter in weight?

There are leaded B&G? Are they ceramic?Modern unleaded B&G with RFID
i believe @MilouPilou1 meant unweighted and not unleaded .There are leaded B&G? Are they ceramic?
They're plastics, although "ceramics" are also basically made of plasticThere are leaded B&G? Are they ceramic?
After checking, I have a doubt about the terminology of the word but I trust you for your translation. In French we say "ballasted" and "non ballasted ". Looks like it corresponds to "unweighted" indeed.i believe @MilouPilou1 meant unweighted and not unleaded .
they have a metal insert to give them the additional weight. Describing them as leaded or unleaded will create confusion for newbies who are learning about leaded and unleaded clay chips. They're plastics, although "ceramics" are also basically made of plastic
