Amazon Decks (Poker Size) (4 Viewers)

I found the Slowplay decks all had a few cards with some kind of brown crunchy residue on them. It can be scraped off but because of the solid colour backings it would make cards easily identifiable.

No clue but yeah 8 of my 12 were messed up some cards worse then others some so bad u cant even use them cause u would know where the messed up card is
Weird. Please tag me when you post the pics. I have a setup and they seem fine, but I want to check it again after seeing what you describe.

If you’re buying them from anywhere other than Amazon, I’m gonna say you’ve tainted the experiment.

Furthermore, the davinci & CG decks are not the same. See page 2…

not tainting anything just trying to warn people if you buy them to be on the look out

the bad cads seem to just be like factory blemishes that u can notice a difference if u are looking at the cards

posting pics soon

Again yes I didnt buy mine from amazon these were straight from chipsandgames cause they were cheaper

So here are some pics its hard to show exactly how messed up they are alot just seem like factory blemish bubble paint sort to say I dont know for the price u cant go wrong but some are def more noticeable then others

The first two pics are how I look at cards when I get them to see if any are warped etc... the first two pics are of a good not messed up deck

again some worse than others

should be able to take like 1 or 2 decks and replace all the bad ones so it wont be like I have to send 8 setups back

all in all I got 12 chips and games set ups and 2 setups of the davinci for $99 shipped I believe it was so 14 set ups basically $8 a set up after shipping

I tried to take pics of the davinci didnt come out well they are not all that bad on those 2 set ups

thankfully what I was able to do was take 1 deck of each color and replace all the blemished cards so now I am just stuck with 1 set up that has messed up cards and 11 perfect set ups

I have to go back through them all and double check to see if I missed any blemished cards

all in all for the price you cannot beat these cards but if ordering through chipsandgames you might want to order alot of them just incase this were to happen and hopefully u will get lucky like me and only have 1 set up bad out of 12 after replacing the blemished cards also cause shipping is $17 no matter if u order 1 set up or 14 like I did

after going back the davinci ace of spades is not all that bad at all I am just a stickler you really cant even notice it unless you look really hard and its barely anything those are worth buying as well I believe for the price you cannot go wrong

where they get you is the shipping the shipping is $17 doesn't matter if you order 1 set up or 14 setups its all one flat rate of $16.98
all in all I found these were messed up in the 12 set ups again I have to go back and look through them to see if I missed anything

Red Decks
6,Q spades
3,8 diamonds
6,8,9,10 clubs
4 hearts

Green Deck
A,3,8 spades
9 diamonds
3 clubs

again for the price of around $3.50 per deck so $7 per set up I feel its worth the gamble these are some great feeling cards for the price these chipsandgames cards and the cards that say texas holdem on the box from thepokerstore are the best cheap cards you can find in my eyes with the chipsandgames edging out the texas holdem cards

again some were worse than others some people might not be as bad of a stickler as I am when it comes to cards only a few of them were so bad you couldn't use them a lot just seemed like factory paint n bubble blemishes with 1 card being straight up horrible

again you get what you pay for I am just glad all in all I come out with just one set up out of 12 that is bad after using one deck to replace all the others

chipsandgames.com is a joke I sent back the cards and they said this

Hello Richard,

My boss has inspected the playing cards and issued a refund for the 3 sets of cards returned. Each set is $5.49 therefore a total of $16.47 has been processed. To my knowledge, our team did not see a defect which would harm gameplay on the refunded playing cards. I noticed a very slight minimal spot on a very small about of the cards but that is not a defect and how a $5.49 double deck of plastic playing cards would appear.

what a joke

I also asked them to send me another 3 set ups cause I paid $17 in shipping when I had the first setups sent to me

I will not be buying from them anymore thats for sure

one of the decks had a big slice going down the whole deck lol I will see if I still got the pics

glad I got 9 pefect set ups but whatever that place is a joke

I'm back finally to give my feedback on these cards. I DID purchase these thru Amazon and can report that my cards have zero blemishes. My experience with plastic cards include Dal Negro Grand Slams, Modianos, Bicycle Prestige and have been using Desjgn exclusively for the past year. Last night we used these for our entire 4hr tournament with zero issues. I won't go over again how they feel out of the box as I and others have already covered other than they are a bit thinner and have more flex than the Desjgn that we have been used to. I was a tiny bit concerned initially as we have bent a few of our Desjgn but that was proven wrong as these held up wonderfully. Before we started I compared how they slid across the table compared to Bicycle Prestige cards I had with me. The Prestige were definitely more slick and slid almost too quickly across the table we were using. These had a perfect glide as they slid effortlessly where directed without unnecessary speed. I don't know what else to report other than I was extremely happy with these cards, especially for the price. They shuffled effortlessly, slid perfectly, and held up without my crew creasing any during play. I am quite happy with these cards... probably happier than I expected. Hopefully someone finds this useful.
