Any good poker chairs on Amazon? (5 Viewers)

I almost made this post a couple of days ago. check out Wayfair.
I've been looking for good office/Task chairs and they're cheaper than dining ones.

Chairs are tough. The best ones cost like $300 a piece and the difference between that and a $100 chair is massive. A lot of us like buying used gassers for like $20-30 a piece from local sales. Everything depends on your budget of course. I’d rather sit in a used $20 gasser than a $60 Amazon chair. I imagine new gassers are like sitting on clouds held up by angels.

A solid chair if you can’t find Gassers are some wide church chairs from bizchair.

I've found it's closer to $500. And yes, that's USD.

From my research here on the forum I understand Gassers are the chairs to get…and I will if I ever come across some for sure. Just trying to find something for now to cover the foreseeable future. Wondering if there’s something similar to gassers at bizchair, etc.
I thought about office chairs but not sure if wheels and armrests would be a good idea or not…

(its almost my turn in chanmans queue this table pictured is not permanent lol) In Hawaii we don't have much poker chair selection, and shipping is crazy. i got 10 shaq chairs from office max they are super comfortable. They also fit some of the big boys. i replaced all the wheels with rollerblade wheels.

Agree that the best budget choice is probably used gassers through Facebook marketplace. I’ve seen them listed for $15-$20. Just need to find a church or banquet hall that is trying to sell a huge lot.

I recently purchased 8 of the Hercules chairs from Amazon. About $160 CAD each. Reasonably comfy, the seat doesn't have as much padding as my Gassers but they are plenty comfortable for a multi hour session. And they're stackable which is most important to me.

I have these too, they are decent. But I paid $116 for my first set of 4 in 2015, and then $168 for my second set of 4 in 2020. You paid $160 CAD EACH? :wow:

Wow! 160 CAD? The casino near me used these for slot machine chairs. When they replaced them all they put the old ones on craigslist for $15 a chair. I grabbed 10 of them.

Bought 8 of those Hercules chairs Feb 2019 - they're holding up great. I use them for the poker table and for house parties, etc. as an upgrade to folding chairs. Not as comfortable as Gassers by any means, but certainly serviceable.

The CAD price is a bit much.

Compared to US, everything we pay for seems to be a lot higher.

We also have cookies and less snow, just say'n  :ROFLMAO:

I had the Hercules chairs, and they were fine for poker. But I let them go in 2016, along with our antique dining room chairs, and bought 8 of the MFTC 200 office chairs from Amazon, for $110 each. They've been solid and great, used daily at our dining table as well as for poker games and other entertaining.. Two of them are used for around 8 hours a day in our office.

Unfortunately, they're $240 today on Amazon...now sold as

"Realspace® MFTC 200 Multifunction Ergonomic Super Task Chair, Black"
