Apache Cases vs Nanuk Cases (1 Viewer)

One-off Nanuk cases are often available via the Amazon Warehouse. Sometimes with the generic foam, sometimes no foam, sometimes with a particular foam setup - just review the description and pictures which are accurate.

Current example below plus a pic of my small Nanuk 910 collection. Love them.

2,100 in each of the two center cases. I beat and bang mine all over the country and never a single issue with any of them.

Is there a method to the madness for all the different color cases? Digging the orange cases! Nice collection.

Those chips are nice, but those deer! The sitka gave away your Maryland location. Nice piebald too.

I only owned Nanuk, as far as Nanuk goes they are very stable when on the horizontal position and extremely durable as well.

I have my 1600 Ojibwas in an Apache 5800. Its works fine. I like that it’s a little deeper than the 4800 so stack 3 racks of oversized. As @Goldfish said the trolley handle is a little flimsy buts still works.

One thing to take notion about storing vertically is that if stored vertically for a long time compresses the foam. I opened the case and the foam was compressed down and made the racks really loose. I stored it back flat and the foam restored its shape but I’d advise not to store vertically
