7. I reserve the right to: i) cancel the auction if no bids have been made; ii) edit the listing to correct errors or clarify rules as needed; iii) refuse bids at my discretion; iv) immediately accept absurdly high B-I-N offers
8. PCF (it's Owner, Admins, and Moderators) are in no way responsible for any actions in this auction.
9. Shipping Terms: Buyer will be responsible for actual shipping and insurance costs via USPS - no exceptions. This is the method I am going to use to ship. I will combine shipping if you win more than one auction.
10. Payment Terms: PayPal (Friends and Family) only.
11. Shipping restricted to CONUS ONLY.

Chips have a recess for a label, $1s are circular, the $5s and $25s are either hub or scallop
The $25s are in UNCIRCULATED condition. Please review pics for condition. They clean up exceptionally well.
