You would have known had you been in Boise, sir!Ah damn. Didn't even know about this until it had come and gone. I would have happily taken one for $85.
This is what I get for living my life on Saturday instead of spam-clicking "New Posts".

All true all true.
Yeah, I know, keep rubbing it in. Given the choice between that and working 60 hours last week, I would have preferred the meetup. You would have known had you been in Boise, sir!
Yeah, August.I don't have any old tables. These are my additional tables.
To quote my wife "Don't know why you need 8 tables"
Me "Maybe there will be a time where I'm hosting an 8 table cash game"
I may or may not be refereshing the site a few times a day waiting for the price to go back down lol. The degen is real.I keep seeing people use "price mistake" but I doubt that is the case. These tables have sold in that price range before. I paid around $90 including tax for the one I got retail so the wholesale price of these is certainly low enough for someone to run a flash sale at this price.
I'm sure that the degen demand was sooo high once the PCF crowd unloaded on them that they won't run them back again at that price, but selling at $85 is not going to be a loss for them. They are a wholesale/liquidation type store so they probably picked them up as unsold or returns to begin with.

I wouldn't be so sure. I've had all sorts of alerts set on these since joining here. I haven't seen anything sub-200 since 2022. Best price I had seen previous to this was ~220 (barring the 3 tables that menards had that sold out in 5 minutes as well). They will be at that price again, once they are overstocked again and demand slows at over $300.00.
I got the Espn 1 during Christmas couple years ago for $105.
It worked hahaI wonder if Wayfair picks items every once in a while that are low in stock, then put a crazy deal, just to generate buzz online and in social media. Would definitely cause more traffic to similar items or just the site in general.
Most likely inventory goes by age. Once it hits an age they turn it.I wonder if Wayfair picks items every once in a while that are low in stock, then put a crazy deal, just to generate buzz online and in social media.

Agreed, there's a cost associated with it taking up space at a warehouse. Someone's alarm bells went off, or they needed to make room for more overpriced shit lolMost likely inventory goes by age. Once it hits an age they turn it.
A poker table could probably sit for a year before they get worried. Once their days supply reaches too high it goes on sale.
(Hence my reason I don’t believe it the chip market is saturated. If Jim had another sale tomorrow it would perform well and his DJs will most likely still sell out in a month or so. That’s turning inventory once every 30 days. 12x a year. Silly strong) but back to OP…I’m guessing these tables just had their 1 year bday or something…and their pricing matrix takes over.
We are in the same boat. Mine's in Edison, coming tomorrow now.good news, it made it to Jersey this morning. Bad news, now scheduled for Friday instead of today.
Sorry about that, must've been waiting for mine. Arriving tomorrow out of Edison as wellWe are in the same boat. Mine's in Edison, coming tomorrow now.
