Sorry -I should have said if you are subject to paying friends and family fees to PayPal is what I meant. As long as I end up with $1000 in the end I'm all good.
 
I have no idea why our accounts are different. But if you don't pay a fee that's good for you. Awesome in fact.
 
To send money by FF it must come from a bank account. If you want to use a CC then it can't be FF and would need to add 3%.
 
I never leave a balance in the account since I buy other stuff besides chips from here with PP.

If buying anything on eBay I always want to use my CC even with it being PayPal for the added protection and I want the rewards from my card. PP is charging the selling the same either way so I might as well get my cash back bonus instead of PP making some extra money.
 
If that leaves 100, 100, 50, 50, 50, I'd be a buyer.
Have to step away for 30 min.
