This is correct, but there is a way around this. With 45 entries, 22 numbers could be assigned to each entry = 990 total possibilities, and on the slim chance the pick 3 hit the 10 numbers outside of the assigned numbers, then no one wins that draw, and the next pick 3 draw determines the winner.Just a thought. Since I assume that the winning number will be based on a pick 3, there are 1000 possibilities. To give each entry an equal share, you will need to cap the entries at 40 or 50, since 1000 is not evenly divisible by 45
