Just a thought. Since I assume that the winning number will be based on a pick 3, there are 1000 possibilities. To give each entry an equal share, you will need to cap the entries at 40 or 50, since 1000 is not evenly divisible by 45
This is correct, but there is a way around this. With 45 entries, 22 numbers could be assigned to each entry = 990 total possibilities, and on the slim chance the pick 3 hit the 10 numbers outside of the assigned numbers, then no one wins that draw, and the next pick 3 draw determines the winner.

OK, I will cap at 50.

NVM, we'll stick with 45 since that affects peoples willingness to get in. if we miss, we will do the next one.

I am in for 1!

Just a suggestion as to how to randomly select the winner, which I have used for giveaways myself ( Not here, or even poker chips). You could use a RNG app, where you input the number of entries, and the app will randomly select a number between 1-45. I'm not sure if that is the fairest way to go about it, but when I held a raffle/giveaway I used this method and it seemed to work great.

As a matter of public record and to make it 100% impartial and infallible from a protest standpoint, a Pick 3 number from a lottery is the fairest way of conducting these kind of raffles.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense @Kain8.
@Mockk, FYI, the lottery number ranges assigned to each participant are posted in advance of the lottery drawing for everyone to see -- example here.

I just attempted to send F & F and I received this:

Your payment is being reviewed because of regulations.
We're working fast to resolve this. In the meantime, here's some information about the situation:

Payment sent. I didn't get any special message, so hope it goes through without issue.

Ahh!! I am new to all this, and I wrote" Mockk PCF" in the description line :(
No wonder my payment is "Under Review". I apologize, I had no idea.

Is there a way I can get around this, and still enter the raffle? I may have a second PP account, I just have to remember the login info.
