I've read a few books now but most seem to be geared towards slower tournaments, rather than quicker ones and so it makes it harder to apply the theory.

Most tournaments I play are 20/30 minute blinds with more aggressive blind structures. Usually aimed to be over within 5-7 hours.

Is there anything out there strategy wise that helps with dealing with these quicker structures?

#1. Stay ahead of the blinds. Don't get into the danger zone. You're much better off shoving with mediocre hands and only playing against 1–2 callers, than shoving with crap (or even with good cards) against 5 callers (because you let your stack get super short)...

#2. Use position to chip up, steal blinds, etc.
