For future reference that case is a tip off that they’re likely Paulson just like blue chip boxes are. Next time if you’re in a rush and it’s a well known spot for chips and an obvious name that will get caught by members bots, just weigh if it’s worth the risk and if it is pull the trigger.

That sucks. I've had a few finds fall through because someone gave the seller an inflated figure for the value (but without actually offering to pay it).

I mean these are almost always going to go to someone who isn't already looking for these colors (whats the chances) and are going to get repopped for some money.

If someone got these for around ahundo+, still happy ending for them! Happy in that in my scenario people quickly mobilized to get offers in, and happy in that after losing it people were happy to reach out and explain what the hunt is like out there and how it works. Plenty of positives.

Salty PCFer who feels the need to try and throw a monkey wrench in everything for no reason? Sad. But even that can have a happy ending! Who doesn't love the suspense as our own little Holmes and Watson go figure out who that person was.....
 
Didnt get them but I put in the offer 5 minutes after the ad was posted. Didnt offer more. Next day he responded saying he sold it for 350. was sorry he sold so early because he could have gotten more. said he got 35 offers.
lesson learned that if you offer full price its yours is not valid.

@navels you started a trend with your epic finds and now everyone is trying to be the next you lol.

i still don't understand why everyone would desperately message the same seller after someone has posted their intentions to try to buy. Just do the right thing, don't message and hope someone that wants them gets them at a good price.
