If BBA is required (why?), it makes sense to me that the ante would be equal to the number of players times the individual ante, rounded.

This is the way we've done BBA in our home game tournaments...it seems to make the most sense for our home league.

Asking my players to do math every time someone got eliminated would cause more delays than just using individual antes.

Bumping an old thread ...

I'm running a WSOP satellite event using the BBA. I want to simulate the event so players are used to playing the same structure. I can't find the rules on the WSOP site, and wondering if they have changed the rule when short for both the BB and BBA. (BB first or BBA first). Does anyone know?

I believe WSOP does BB first. Which is actually opposite of what it should be when you get into the theory of BBA. But it is more favorable to the player affected.

Also almost certain that WSOP is BB first, but strangely, couldn’t find it in their ‘24 rules

One of 2024 TDA updates was to recommend everyone go to BB first
