stopped playing poker about 10 years ago - shortly after online became illegal. I wasn't very good. Wasn't sure if I had a gambling problem or just a Losing problem. Either way lost a lot of money (for me) playing internet poker over the course of two years - pretty much playing every day 5-6hours. Missed playing and decided I would try to start a home game or some tournaments with friends.

I have a clay composite "da vince" style striped dice chips - when I got those about 11 years ago I thought they were pretty amazing compared to the plastic stackable chips I grew up with as a kid.

but now I want some paulson chips - other great chips.

I was able to buy some former casino chips at .33 cents each (red hat and cane paulson) Looking to find some other colors at that price or better. Looking for the basic colors white, black, green. let me know what you got to sell.

also - if any body can tell me about buying off this site - anything I need to know......Thanks - BIG LOSER

Welcome.

Good luck finding casino used paulsons for 33c each or better. Check out the Black Friday sale @The Chip Exchange is having.

So what’s the deal with someone wanting to borrow to get back in to the game?

Welcome. Just look at the classified ads here and buy what you want from that seller. I would advice to buy from an active member though. Base this on number of posts and overall feedback rating.

Enjoy the search.

Welcome! Pics of your current set?

Paulson chips are quite a bit more expensive these days, since they no longer sell to the home market. Best you'll find is probably around 50c/chip and that's for very used casino chips generally.

I've got used casino Paulsons in tourney colours (not cash colours) starting at $0.65 a chip, price starts going down for "bulk" purchase, but nowhere is it going to drop as low as 0.33. Maybe if you're lucky you can find a big score somewhere in the corner of the internet on a estate or garage sale.
