No dislike, I wanted to hear dissenting opinions. Picture 2 was the first side J5 came up with, and I would have been perfectly fine with just that on both sides of the chip. I really like what he came up with on the reverse side, though.
 
Chippy, the line up and font colors are dynamite the way it is!

Risking getting you all confused: maybe you should explore having the font colors as different as possible from CrabbyMcCrabison, in order, Arc Yellow, White, Green, Yellow, Lavender and Blue... Just a thought...

I looked at the white and lavender fonts. The lavender/pink was very close for me, but I think the pink stands out more. The white just didn't look right to me. as far as the red on the $1 chip, ideally I wouldn't want it so close to Crabby, but I think it still looks ok, and better than the white font, which is a little washed out.

I think they're far enough apart, but I'm hoping they have different enough edge spots that it won't be a problem anyway.

I was going to mention this yesterday, but didn't. I think it is a good point to consider though. Chippy, do you have color samples to compare?

Yeah, I had samples (gave them back to @MikesDad ) and I think it'll be ok (see post 88). Different spot colors then in that post, with the white and red for the $1 and the yellow and light blue for the $25 will hopefully make this a non-issue. I'll probably be playing games where there won't be TOO many $25s on the felt anyway, so people should be able to keep track.

Shouldn't it be Bluff's? Besides losing chips are there repercussions if you get caught bluffing more than once in a night? :eek:

Maybe there is a story that I'm not aware of.

Of course there are repercussions, you lose all your monies ;-) Don't know why, I just like the way it sounds better as Haus of Bluff (My last name is Kirchhausen, so had to do the Haus thing). Sounds a little like Haus of Bier maybe.

Just looked at these again, what a fantastic set they've become. Love the color-matching - adds to the playfulness.

I know how hard you've worked on these so was hesitant to mention it, but berg's concern was my first observation. We have a duty to help lol. Love the idea of the purple or lavender $25, and the yellow really helps. I think making the gray spot blurple or retro blue would help too. If it's a problem just skip using them and pass out hundos lol.

Awesome chips. Hope I can score a sample!
 
I'm debating that right now. Do I want 1200 or 1600 chips. If I do 1200, probably 100 fracs, 300 ones, 600 fives, 100 twenty fives, 80 hundos, and 20 500s.

Yeah I'll probably go with 1600 and make it 400 ones and 800 fives. That case that @ChaosRock has fits 1600 chips perfectly lol.
 
Was on my phone earlier so missed a color. I think I got these right? This might let you compare options in stacks. I think either would prolly be ok. I've already nagged you enough about my bias for CPC lavender vs purple. :p
