Up for auction we've got a VERY SPECIAL WSOP chip that is missing from most WSOP NCV collections.

This is the infamous 8V 500 NCV in beautiful condition as seen in the pictures.

If you need more pictures please let us know, but I think the pictures do the talking for this one. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

Used in the WSOP for years.

Some of these chips resurfaced because they were never destroyed. But the T500 and T5000 never appeared as racks (like the T5, T25, T100, and T1000 did).

My understanding of the rarity is:

T25 < T100 < T5 < T1000 < T1 < T500 < T5000

They did go for a lot less years ago but these are the kind of chips that get locked down and never sold.

Some idiots came late to the party (me) and decided I was going to pay the now insane prices to get a set, only driving the prices higher.

agreed on the rarity of T500's. I'd say even more rare than the T5000's. In just about every starting stack at the series, there are only two or four of these put in play per player. And it's not even a color up denom. And of all the 500's out there, this is a damn sexy version.
