We just found a very regrettable situation. Somehow PayPal allowed 2 of one of the Doorbuster sets to be sold. We were able to find the correct buyer through the order time stamps and the buyer who did not win has already been notified.
In order to combine shipping for all of the orders, we have to sort by name and fill the orders alphabetically. If we fill the orders when they are received, we wouldn't be able to combine shipping. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident, but we won't be able to tell until we get further along in filling the orders. I am just putting this out there in case there are more instances. I will be contacting PayPal today to see how this was allowed to happen. I triple check all inventory prior to the sale and run tests on the links to make sure they all work correctly. If this is a problem, we will have to research a new solution as this does substantial harm to our reputation. I have apologized to the buyer who was, as you can guess, extremely disappointed.
Hopefully this was an isolated incident.
