Anyone have any good poker book recommendations? Not necessarily strategy guides. Looking more for something like "The Professor, the Banker, and the Suicide King" by Michael Craig. That was a really interesting read and had some strategy and poker psychology concepts but was mostly just an interesting story involving poker.

This one’s a fun read. Reading anything involving this guy and poker is comedy gold. Lindgren had a run but went bust-o and owed a bunch of money I guess.

This is the only book you’ll ever need. I’ll mail it to ya.

Bluff by Kardos was a fun read. No strategy or anything. Just a fun story based on true events about card cheats in poker games.

Positivity fifth street was cool, and I know I’ve got a few others I’ll try to dig up and post :)

The Biggest Bluff is probably my favorite non strategy poker book.
Trigger warning, it's written by a highly intelligent woman Not for fragile M readers.

Barry Greenstein's Ace on the River bills itself as a strategy book but contains a lot of good poker stories IIRC.

The next one I'm reading is On the Edge by Nate Silver.

I learned how to deal as a teenage and refined so many aspects over time, wish I would have read this sooner. Even as a player this really outlines so much.
