I picked today because it's my best friend's birthday, and it's Friday the 13th, and I like the number 13 (triskaidekaphilia instead of triskaidekaphobia). I have two more days to potentially be within range!

Are you counting when orders are submitted, paid, or in production? Do you work on the weekends?

For these purposes, I am counting when we put the job into pre-production.
The date he pulls a job out of the queue to start putting together the files and getting it ready to send out his quote/mockup and link for payment.

The printer will be working allllll weekend until we go to our league poker game on Sunday afternoon.

If we are home, we are working.
A little bit done...every.single.day.
