I think/assume the two files would only be needed for hybrid, so one file for the label. If non-hybrid, then just one file with the full chip design and edge stripes. I’m not sure if @Chiphuntr was asking generally about cards mold chips or specifically about designing hybrid chips like the ones @Himewad’s showcasing most recently.No @Himewad told me you need to have two separate adobe files made - one for the inlays and one for the chips themselves with edge strips. This layout needs to be done in adobe illustrator just like the regular cards mold chips, which for most people means you need an artist or someone who knows adobe illustrator.
