Looking for a cash set to cover at least $5000 in bank

Preferred breakdown:
400 1’s
600 5’s
80 20’s (or 25’s) plaques would be great
20 100’s plaques would be great

Would consider Rhc set if on the lower price end (not new, or tiger palace or anything crazy) mixed is ok. A great designed cards mold OK too.
