Holding a little holiday contest for the first 8 people to respond the this thread.

I'm not sure what you call this, but I'm not the first to do it.

The game is O8. Once we have a list of 8 players, I will randomly draw seats. Starting with seat #1, each player will shuffle a deck of cards, draw four, and post his/her hand. Each successive player must remove the cards of the previous players before drawing their hand. Once all 8 hands have been drawn, I will post the flop, turn and river. The winning high hand will receive a Tasting Room sample set. The best qualifying low hand will receive a surprise sample. Any chops will be honored.

Anyone who has already requested a sample set is still eligible.

Question @bivey , do I deal to eight seats and pick one (before deal of course) that will be me, or do I just shuffle and deal the top 4 after a cut?? Sorry, haven't really payed attention to how others do it.

Simplest is just shuffle and take top 4. As long as it's random.

Lol I noticed it was almost identical to your hand. @inca911 gave me a quick Omaha tutorial to kill a few minutes before our last limit holdem game but i don't really remember any of it because it's been a week or two since he explained it to me.
