They're a personal custom set of Paulson chips that were ordered and made for a PCF member -
@Chicken Rob. Custom Paulsons are rare; Paulson now only sells to licensed casinos, so getting a custom set as an individual requires some finagling. There have been a few custom sets made to be sold to multiple people: Aurora Star, Empress Star, Pacific Star (Bud Jones rather than Paulson but likewise not normally possible to order), Big Top Poker, Sunset Beach, and recently Royal Princess Casino. There have also been a few custom sets made for individuals as their own personal sets: Truman's House, Harlequin, and Chicken Coop (plus one other I won't name because the owner apparently wants to stay quiet about it).
@Chicken Rob eventually sold his personal set to
@ImCrossland , who then sold the set in pieces to the PCF membership at large. That was almost a year ago. They've been trading hands now and then ever since.
1) Custom Paulsons are rare, as mentioned.
2) The chips are colorful and attractive, which is no surprise - they were designed by a chipper for a chipper.
3) The inlay design is, um, full of character. Some find its unique charm very appealing.
4) Having never been used in a casino, the chips are in exceptionally good condition.
You can read more about these chips and some of the other custom sets in this post:

In fact, that entire thread is about the Chicken Coop chips, starting from the time that
@ImCrossland came into possession of them and their subsequent disposition, being consigned to the winds of PCF.
