I am in the same boat. My cc company reached out to them and the have 60 days to reply to them so seems like this could be a very lengthy process. I have since purchased other chips that all arrived in great condition.

New member here - but I too have been stuck waiting for either shipped product or a refund from Chip Cave for a couple weeks now.

Just to update/ we are now 3 weeks after the initial delivery deadline and it still shows “preparing for shipping”. I would stay far away from anything chip cave related
