As far as I know, PGI has produced only one version of the Chipco-branded rack. However, the PGI-branded racks were produced in two sizes -- the first being the same size as Paulson/Chipco/PGI-Chipco racks, while the second run of racks were slightly larger (the reasoning behind the larger size escapes me at the moment, but I use them for slightly-warped Paulson chips).
Both versions of the PGI-branded racks have the rocking issue referenced above by bentax1978 -- but they work fine unless stacking, although the wobble is not what I'd describe as extreme (mostly just annoying). The wobble is due to the PGI brand appearing under the center barrel. The Chipco-branded racks have the Chipco brand on the adjacent barrel, so it is not centered on the chips below when stacked (which causes the rocking).
Both the Chipco-branded and PGI-branded racks fit mint Paulson chips and most ceramics very well, and some ASM/CPC chips will fit too. However, many ASM/CPC chips and most china clays can be slightly thicker and require larger racks. The unmarked racks sold by PGI (there have been at least two sizes) are larger than the branded racks, and one later production run of racks were designed large enough to fit PGI's 8V china clays on the greek-key mold.
