I received an empty box from USPS (missing a side+). It was supposed to have 500 chips. They marked it as delivered with the delivery conf. Really makes me want to sue the USPS.

That's why I recommend encasing the entire flat rate box in packaging tape

I'm thinking I can put the inserts off on the side, and stack 40-50 lids and bottoms in the "center" area of the box. Just ordered some. Will run some tests when they arrive.
