SOLD Collection of 15 Casino racks for sale - $2100 ($140/rack) (1 Viewer)

@ everyone: I would be willing to buy and split all these racks. But only under the following conditions:

  • All racks would be accounted for and sold. (I would not be keeping any of these racks and I don't have space to store them long term.)
  • I would make back my outlay/investment.
  • "Standard" shipping to CONUS would be $10 for one or two racks, 15 for three for four racks. I'm willing to ship international at cost.

I know some people value some racks more than others (maybe some racks are worth more than $140, others maybe less than $140). And I know that some people have specified their interest. But right now, it's ~2AM for me and I'm too tired to figure everything out.

If everyone can come to a consensus, make up a plan that specifies who gets what, and at what price, and they pledge/promise to buy, I'll pull the trigger.

I might also say that I'd be willing to buy and split NOT ALL of these racks. Lol, I've got ETH, SHIB, ADA, and some other stuff I think. Plus USD. But I've also got a trip to Reno maybe this weekend, Vegas in 2 weeks, and then Vegas again in September. Oh, and a wife. Who's already 'barely tolerating' all my chips that I acquire - but rarely sell.
 
After breaking down the racks, I found that you had not lost 14 racks and not 15. Based on the overall prices for 15 racks I believe this is what fair value would be if broken out. I’m sure it’s not perfect but based on previous sales and rarity, should be close.

I’m willing to commit to my flamingo rack and possibly hustler casino.

I think the 15th rack is the peppermills that didn't make the list and then the beliago is a potential add on 16th rack.

I've got this mental thing that having a mixed of house molds, THC, RHC, etc., triggers me. They all have to be the same, or there would have to be a huge difference between all the chips - an extremely varied smorgasbord of molds.
 
I haven’t done extensive homework on the cost of live Aria $1s yet but I am seeing past prices between $150 & $160. But if the price is $180 for a rack of VG to EX or better, then I understand the price and I am in 100%. Are these used chips? Are better pictures available?

@Hotus777 have you assessed the condition of the chips and adjusted the prices accordingly or are your prices based on past sales, or the s it just a gut feel? Hats off to you for taking this on, it’s not an easy task. But if you are asking everyone for feedback on the price you provided on each rack, you are probably going to hear it’s too high no matter which rack we are talking about. I know I would prefer to pay less.
 
I'd say @Hotus777 did a good job at going through and taking a look at the approx. value. I think what he verified is that the sale price is at least in the rough ballpark of value. Yeah, some chips are worth slightly more and some slightly less. And you have to admit that we've all seen a rack of chips sell for $220 - and then the same chips, similar condition - different seller - sell for $175. Pricing is subjective.

Pricing is very subjective you're correct, i took a ballpark estimate of what i believe these should sell for.
This is the only real way to get a split going, everyone will have their own opinion on what they think their rack should go for, it'll just be a stalemate and an impossible task. If you have a better idea, be my guest.
I would usually just dibs the whole ad, but I can't at the given moment.

$1 Seven Mile Casino - $120 - same price
$1 Flamingo - $230 - had them at $180
$1 Peppermill - $175 - had them at $150

I would take these 5 racks at those prices

$820.00 plus Shipping for those 5 racks

As stated, I am still in for the rack of Aria chips for $180.

Just was putting it out there that I could offer $820 plus S&H for those 5 racks in a split thats all

Not trying to fluff any numbers was just putting what id pay for them

This was my biggest fear when thinking about buying and splitting for the community.
That's a lot of racks that no one is jumping on.
So that means the price should be lower to move those racks, but that means rasing the price of the other racks that people have shown interest in.

I want to thank @Hotus777 for doing the initial legwork on pricing the racks. I recognize that he was trying to be as fair as possible, but as he said, pricing is subjective. It's why I didn't want to do it myself.

I'm still willing to buy and split for everyone. Maybe @Pony too.
I think we can get it done if we get more interest and more discussion going.

As the owner and seller, My split pricing would be different but I think $140 is a fair average for anyone interested.

Rincons are worth about $60 imo

The Cajun poker chips are murdered monkey business and should have never been made from birds (horrible thing to do) but I made a bad trade and here we are. $60 rack at best/no cap

I will immediately add a few Minty racks of PEPPERMILL for $150. Please let me know who will serve me a few more if avail? I’ve never seen one close to that rate in this condition so please DM me I want in for a massive set!!! I just got back from a week in Reno and couldn’t find one decent chip, let alone a rack and I actually got direct access to the poker cage.

Oh and new birds for $180? Ya I’ll take them also. Send me a DM and I’ll adjust this sales thread accordingly, I’d like 9 more racks in total.
