I'd like to have some of these, but how do I convince one of you mechanically inclined folks to mill these for me?

I may do some milling for those interested after I get a router on this thing and finish up my tourney set.

Are the unicorns injection molded? Is there a pic of it up close to see the injection spot?

Are you using a 1” bottom-cleaning bit on a standard drill press on these? I have been looking into giving some milling a try. Seems straight forward. These chips seem like great frac options and cheap enough to practice milling on other than there being so little bleed from the hot stamping like you point out.

I’m using the same 7/8 bit as @One Eyed Dollar. His post about milling is awesome and better than I can explain. The 7/8 bit leaves a recess that looks to be the same size as a THC after inlay removed.

thanks for passing on the great prices ! when you say "unsorted" does this mean there may be a few warped chips in a rack per the OP or is it referring to something else?

Yeah I have been sorting out most of the warped chips (there are still some slightly warped, but I've been getting any bad ones) but it's kind of a pain in the ass. At .50 each shipped I figured people could order extra and sort their own.

The only problem with an order of 220 is that i ran out of flat rate envelopes. They will have to go in a medium flat rate box. I will sell 220 for the price of 200. (100 dollars) if you are ok paying 14 for shipping.
