Love the way this set turned out! Out of curiosity did you pay for one die and the denoms were just changed out in that?

I'm curious about this as well... or was it 5 separate dies?
My guess is five separate dies
I think it could be done but it would be very tough and require amazingly precise stamping. Hell it might be cheaper just to make the extra dies. From what I recall from the CPC hotstamp thread, I believe @Mr Tree is correct that it would have to be five separate dies

I know on my current custom project I am having to do a unique die for each denomination.

I'm going to go with "it's possible" because I think on the CPC site it shows all the letters and numbers individually and I bet they could probably stamp multiple times on the same chip.I agree with you. I am 99% certain you need a separate die for each denom.

Albeit it's probably way cheaper to make a single dye per denom.
Well I didn't know you couldn't stamp a chip twice...I guess if you designed a die that could fit together (a graphic with a removable/changable denom), it might be possible.
I recall you can't actually stamp the chip twice, not to mention you'd have to deal with alignment issues on every chip.

Well shoots my idea out.

This is what I would think. If you did two seperate stamps then you would always have centering issues with the denoms being squared away with the outter ring.Possible but more reliable consistent stamping with solid die I think.
I have a solid tournament hot stamp set in the works as well and I am also using the DG Tiger and DG Peacock so I liked seeing these. Enjoy them and go get them in play already!I can confirm it was 5 separate dies. In the end these chips were roughly $1.75 apiece, well worth it to me as a lifetime investment as well as something that I've wanted for a very long time.
You getting any design help? If so, what's the going rate? I think it's time I got started on this tooI have a solid tournament hot stamp set in the works as well and I am also using the DG Tiger and DG Peacock so I liked seeing these. Enjoy them and go get them in play already!

I'm using J5. I think it's best to email him for availability and rates but I've always found his work to be well worth it.You getting any design help? If so, what's the going rate? I think it's time I got started on this too
