Also, not every one lives on the site 24/7 some people take 24 hours to respond, sometimes I've had to wait 2 weeks. Imo, I would give the initial "dibser" time to respond, if he declined based upon the issue with the single chip move on to the back up dibs.

Life happens. Totally get it. Everyone sells chips differently, I noticed you were a relatively new user so I felt it worthwhile to mention a few things here. I personally don't mind giving a 24 hr grace period because life is life and some things are more important than others. Obviously the OPs choice here on how he handles it. No offense to him at all, but not all sales ads are this chaotic, others can be more chaotic. Just depends on the situation. Just know you didn't do anything wrong here
