Recently a dealer got fired after being taped dealing from the bottom of the deck not once, but twice, and also checking the deck, I guess to confirm whatever cards he wanted the player to hit. I wasn't there, but the video got shared in the community. It happened in a Matases tournament (stud type game) at an early level. Makes me sick, because you already have to constantly look out for players colluding in different ways or trying to look at your cards. Now you gotta pay extreme close attention to the dealers too? Disgusting. And it's not even a big pot, so how many times did he do it on a regular basis?

You can check the clip, someone did put it on their social media. Look for "Royalty Live Game Naucalpan" on FB, a post on December 23rd, but got no activity, page is kinda dead with interactivity. Don't know what happened that day, I'll ask around hehe.

I was at a casino playing black jack with four pretty young Asian women and one other guy. The dealer was a middle-aged Asian guy.
When he would peek his cards (ten or ace showing) he would the ask the girls, “yes you want a card?” Or “no you don’t want a card?” Indicating the strength or weakness of his down card. I rode the wave until they moved on. Nobody won any significant money but I just remembered the dealers actions as risky for his job.
