Andrew,
First and most importantly, I am both glad and relieved to hear that there were no serious injuries involved with your auto accident. Material things like cars can usually be replaced when damaged. People cannot.
Second, it is very clear to all here how much the Donkwoods set means to you. If you need emergency funds, I am willing to donate to help get you through this rough stretch. Perhaps selling off most of your other poker stuff makes financial and logistical sense, especially if you have upcoming life changes on the horizon. But I urge you to keep the chips -- there is no guarantee that you'd be able to replace them, and even a new set of identical chips just wouldn't be the same (and will almost assuredly be much more expensive).
I'd buy the entire lot just to hold onto them until you regain your sanity, but don't have the available poker chip funds right now. Willing to put up 10% as a temporary part-owner if
@jbutler wants to spearhead the effort to keep them all in one place, to be eventually returned to you.
Good luck and best wishes going forward.
