Carnevale is the Mardi Gras equivalent in Italy, and the mask is a Venetian style mask. Bill’s set is awesome ... great colors!

I usually only sell chips to buy more chips. Lately I've bought more than I have sold. I can't think off of the top of my head what could come available to make me want to sell. I have a pretty solid/diverse collection.
I had a fantasy THC set. I had no problem selling it to get my hands on a TRK set. I think the only thing that would fire me up enough to sell would be a Group Buy THC casino set. Even for me to get excited about that it would have to be a specific design team (thinking inner circle sanctum).
If I needed the loot. The first set to hit the block would be the Bourbons. I cancelled that sale when I thought someone was seriously going to buy it lol.

The Sunsets are personal too me. I will never post them for sale.
The Parks and Rec set is a great value "limit" set. Also, you guys/gals have no idea how much I like the show. I literally watch it every day.
The Bourbons are on my favorite mold. I love QP's. I had a really good month a few years ago and decided to get a qp bourbon themed set. I would move it if I needed the money.
The Carnevales were an absolute blast to design. It might have been the most fun I have had on a design team. You bitches know who you are
Because of that design team I have made a few life long friends. I wouldn't want to sell this. If it came between having this, and having a custom THC set. bye bye!!!Samurai Palace set. I have sold a lot of chip sets over the years. I have had two selling regrets. This was one of them. When @Angie99 posted it for sale. I almost snap bought it.

Short answer David. I'd sell the Bourbons, maybe the Carnevales. Possibly the SP's. The new chips that would be replacing them would have to be something special.
