"Current" Chipset Collection (6 Viewers)

I just went through all 22 pages. It is kind of funny. There were a couple of sets that I didn't even remember owning. I only have mild regrets on selling two sets.

stack heights vary by 3/4 of a chip within the one dollar denominations. Still can't beat the price.

Ready for game night

The inconsistency with the Mardi Gras chips drove me crazy. Otherwise, I loved everything about them. Mel requested her TRK's back, or I will still have them to this day. That New China Club $1 is probably my all time favorite chip!

The jumers are hitting the felt on Friday. 13 players.

I kept two racks of ones and 50 plaques. I have a 25% discount code from BRPRO. I am going to add fracs and fives at some point.
Before you spend any money on them, are you EVER going to felt a ceramic set over the clay sets you have?

Like ever?

I didn't think so.

I will. It might be for family games or something like that. I can also use them for Monopoly and other board games.

By the way, when's the last time you felted your chips?

One of these things is not like the others! :(
In fact, many of these things are not like the others.

Do you felt all the Mardi Gras first, then the Riverboats? Or mix the MG and RBs from the start?

Mixed barrels? Same barrels for any one person, but different from one person to the next?

I haven't thought about it. They will get mixed together pay quickly. I would love to use them tomorrow night. The game was already advertised as a .25/.50, $100 max game. We are only six handed. Perfect for a limit game.

You're not working tomorrow? It's a home game. I thought it would be all hands on deck.

If I was still working out of the police department. I would have to work the game. Since I'm back on patrol, they can only mandate me based on the seniority list.

One advantage of going back to patrol, I guess.

What's the chance of moving the game to tonight? I'm free.

Yep, I was going to be working every home football game. I was going to be working most of the graduation ceremonies and special events. Also, back on patrol is way less stressful. The biggest negative is working every other weekend.

I think I am close to finishing my Mardi Gras set. There is a good chance that after the holidays I will be selling my Hot Stamped Jumer set. In case anyone wants to start saving up their funds.
