Good info, but which is the best fit for Cards mold? I seem to recall someone measuring some barrels of Sean's chips, but I don't recall the number. For people (like me) who have held off buying racks for their chips in this group buy, there is an interesting thread that shows the slight difference between barrel lengths being sold by various PCF vendors (all 39mm racks).
BR Pro Poker - Chipco rack - 67.7mm barrel length

I have the Spinetti's and they fit perfectly!Good info, but which is the best fit for Cards mold? I seem to recall someone measuring some barrels of Sean's chips, but I don't recall the number.
Also, if anyone wants some beautiful wooden racks for their new (or older) sets, these are available from @alecnetwoodworks and can be custom made to any barrel size. See THIS THREAD.

I thought somewhere I had read that the BR Poker chipco racks were the perfect fit, so I'm glad you chimed in! Would've been stuck with 10 racks that I can't use.I have the Spinetti's and they fit perfectly!
Thanks Sean! So it sounds like 66.7 is the number. I'm planning to put mine in this Spinetti 1000 chip tray in my display cabinet. How loose are they going to be with one extra mm or so? Will I want a spacer?I have the Spinetti's and they fit perfectly!
racks cost more than the chips... and I say that with jealousy over wooden racks.Good info, but which is the best fit for Cards mold? I seem to recall someone measuring some barrels of Sean's chips, but I don't recall the number.

Just want a DB.I’m hoping we can switch clowns to tourney for additional runs. Going to be my main cash set, even if someone offers me birdcages of free binions. I know I know, mad face reactions.
I’ll relent by the time the second run comes because community first, im just not a huge fan of my main cash set having 30 similar looking cash sets out there.
Using flat rate boxes, it may be quicker, easier to cut off GBs at the first price drop (10 or 15K).A few brain thinkin's out loud on a second run with regards to reducing @SeanGecko's admin workload.
- I'd scrap samples in a second run. If we're working out of the Pantone list they offer, then that's close enough. I'd say there have been a couple true issues with colours, and besides that everything was fairly predictable. As others have mentioned @ $0.30 per we can't complain tooooo much about colour accuracy. That's a very similar design constraint when building sets. (CPC has 38 colours and we manage, for example)
- If a NCC/Clown Motel etc. are run again, we do it with one standard lineup that can be mixed and matched, MAYBE allowing a custom location. There are 8 zillion NCC variations (yeah... that's partially on me ) and I'm just in total fear that they are going to get mixed up or at the least bog their production down. Printers batch things as much as possible, and all the little differences may get missed due to that.
- Maybe we build a Google docs order form to help automate order submission? It is kind of mind blowing that all GB's around here are run by people posting in threads what they want, then the organizer manually inputting orders however they prefer. I think something like that would really cut down on some of the date entry work. I think it would be amazing if the organizer could just have a spreadsheet ready to roll with:
- name
- shipping address
- order particulars ( quantities etc.)
- a link to the artwork/or selected chips from the mix and match sets.
- ??????????????
- More chips
Yes I missed that, didn't have any inclination to keep my DB off the list. I know we're not going back through and adding DBs, if I can find the funds I'll pick up enough to send out to everyone.Just want a DB.
I can add it real quick if you would like.Yes I missed that, didn't have any inclination to keep my DB off the list. I know we're not going back through and adding DBs, if I can find the funds I'll pick up enough to send out to everyone.
If we can yeah! I wonder if I even need to get a ton extras then. I'm sure we'll just run these again down the road.I can add it real quick if you would like.

Having to wait for regions to hit that threshold would delay more folks and possibly result in multiple orders in close proximity.
Suggest simple- you get your art and $ in before it hits 10K, you’re in. Otherwise, wait for the next one.
Might want to check out the dealer button group buy thread ...Just want a DB.
