OK, just saw this. Compared my T25 to my art and it is so close that I'm not too worried about the others. PRODUCE THOSE CHIPPIES!!!

Next time I do this, no edits. Have the art perfect and ready for straight production. If there are chips you already like use those for color examples.

I think that shouldn't be a problem now that we have samples to see what the colours actually look like. I just send Tim my designs and representative chips from your photos for the colours I want.

I started out only thinking of getting 600 chips, so I went out and bought some Matsui chip racks, a bird cage, a hard plastic case from Harbor Freight and then

well you know I ended up ordering over 1100 chips, now I need more Matsui racks, a larger bird cage and a larger plastic case from Harbor Freight

which 600 chip cage did you buy? i have a used 1000 chip cage (Brybelly off Amazon) i am looking to change out for 2x 600 chip cages.

Went with a Nanuk 915. Definitely holds 600 with room for a setup and DB. Can comfortably fit 800 as well.

If I like mine in my hands I can definitely see doing another set.

I think the best way to handle future group buys is to limit it slightly to something like 10 orders or 10k chips etc. per "group" to take advantage of some of the bulk discount without getting too unwieldy. Besides I think you dont really get too much cost savings beyond a certain point.

Hey Sean,

Since we're looking at multiple shipments thought I'd throw this out there. If there are enough Canadian orders to batch together and have shipped directly from the factory, I'd volunteer to handle the reshipping for Canadian orders. Take some of the reshipping off of your plate.

Although I don't know if there are alot of other Canadian orders for this to make logistical sense.

Just thought I'd offer to lend a hand. Thanks for all of your continued work juggling these sample print runs.

I can't think of more than 3 or 4. If that's all then probably cost prohibitive to break out into a separate shipment, and not saving Sean that much effort anyway.

Deadline for artwork is Sept 18. Go to the DB thread and let @Himewad know as soon as you can if you are wanting to participate. If you're not making much of a change from your regular chips, it should be a pretty quick process for your designer. But be sure and do something cool on your rolling edge!
